upgrade are provided free of charge for ever for purchased users.
Custom changes to the software or help with creating scripts or
other similar issues are not covered by support. We can provide help
in these areas, if necessary, at an extra charge.
We provide email support for all of our products. please include
following information so we can serve you better,
Product's
name.
Product's
version number.
Your
Operating System (Win 95, Win 98, Win ME, Win 2000, Win NT, Win XP).
If
you have purchased the software, please contain your Order ID.
Please
provide a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing,
including all steps required to reproduce the problem (this will
greatly expedite your support request).
If
your support request has attachments, please email your support
request with all attachments to us, any information you submit to us
will of course be kept strictly confidential.
Our support email account is support@pclsoft.com, after we received your support request, you
will get response within 24 hours normally.
Please do not email more than 5 megabyte of attachments to the
support email account. We can make arrangements for FTP of large
files if necessary.
The support email account is checked several times a day and we
usually get back with you within one business day.
